Product Introduction
The materials used for FRP guardrails consist of pultruded composite profiles. These are composed of unsaturated resins, fiberglass rovings, alkali-free glass fibers, anti-aging additives, calcium powder, and various fillers. A key characteristic of this product is that both the material properties and the structural design are engineered simultaneously to meet the specific requirements of the intended application; furthermore, the manufacturing of the raw materials and the fabrication of the final product occur concurrently. The FRP compression-molded fittings—used to assemble the guardrail structure—are produced by subjecting compression molding sheets to a hydraulic press for a single, one-step molding process. The primary fittings utilized include straight tees, elbows, and bases designed for 50mm-diameter round tubes.

Material Grades
FRP guardrails are classified into three grades: Custom, Grade A, and Grade B.
· Custom: Quality specifications—including acid/alkali resistance and weather resistance—can be fully customized according to specific requirements.
Materials: Alkali-free fiberglass, vinyl ester resin, domestic color pigments, alkali-free continuous filament mat, calcium carbonate filler, and added anti-aging agents.
· Grade A: Features higher quality standards regarding weather resistance, electrical insulation, and resistance to direct sunlight; specifications can be customized as needed.
Materials: Alkali-free fiberglass, isophthalic resin, domestic color pigments, alkali-free continuous filament mat, calcium carbonate + aluminum powder fillers, and added UV-9 anti-ultraviolet agents and anti-aging agents.
· Grade B: Designed for use in ordinary environments; specific quality requirements can be customized as needed.
Materials: Alkali-free fiberglass, orthophthalic resin, domestic color pigments, alkali-free chopped strand mat, and calcium carbonate filler. Suitable for general applications; indoor use is recommended.
