Precautions:
1. During foundation treatment, care must be taken to prevent water infiltration into the foundation pit
2. The compaction density of the foundation concrete, achieved through vibration, must exceed 95%
3. During winter construction, adequate thermal insulation measures must be implemented
4. During summer construction, appropriate sun-shading measures must be adopted
